Consumer Privacy & Data Protection Policy

We may collect information needed to operate Pizza With Yaar, including account, authentication, delivery, order, payment, coupon, device, and security information. Account and identification information may include your full name, mobile number, customer account information, and authentication or session records. Delivery information may include receiver name, receiver phone number, delivery address, city, state, postal information, landmark, latitude, longitude, and delivery location information generated from selected coordinates. Order and transaction information may include ordered items, quantities, variants, addons, outlet details, order value, discounts, coupons, delivery charges, order status, cancellation information, payment method, payment status, transaction references, and invoice or receipt information where applicable.

Pizza With Yaar may request location access to support delivery address detection, nearby outlet discovery, serviceability checks, distance calculations, and delivery operations. Location access should be used only for the purposes described here and as permitted by the device permissions you grant.

PWY may send operational and transactional communications relating to OTP and authentication, order confirmation, order status, payment status, delivery-related updates, customer support, and security alerts. Promotional communications, where applicable, may be managed through available application or device controls.

We may use customer information to create and authenticate accounts; process and fulfill food orders; verify delivery addresses and serviceability; identify applicable outlets; calculate order totals, delivery charges, offers, and coupons; process and record payments; communicate order and delivery information; provide customer support; detect fraud or misuse; maintain platform security; improve application performance and service quality; and comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and law-enforcement requirements.

Important order and customer actions are validated by backend systems. The backend may independently determine or verify customer eligibility, menu and item pricing, outlet availability, delivery serviceability, delivery charges, coupon eligibility, order totals, payment status, and final order validation. Information displayed in the Customer App is not necessarily the final authority for pricing, eligibility, or order validation.

PWY processes payment and transaction information required to create, maintain, verify, and reconcile customer orders and payments. Where payment processing is performed through a third-party provider, payment information may be transmitted to that provider under its applicable terms and privacy practices. PWY does not require or intend to store customers' complete card credentials or UPI PINs in its customer application database.

Customer information may be used when you contact PWY regarding orders, payments, refunds, delivery issues, coupons, accounts, security, or fraud. Support records may be retained for operational, dispute-resolution, security, and legal purposes.

PWY does not sell customer personal information as a commercial data product. Information may be shared where reasonably necessary with payment service providers, delivery or logistics partners, technology and infrastructure providers, communication service providers, and regulatory, government, or law-enforcement authorities where legally required.

PWY uses reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards intended to protect customer information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, loss, or disclosure. These safeguards may include access controls, authentication, secure transmission, server and infrastructure protections, logging, monitoring, backup and recovery controls, and fraud-prevention measures. No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

PWY may retain personal and transaction information for as long as reasonably necessary for providing and maintaining the service, order and payment processing, customer support, fraud and security investigations, dispute resolution, accounting, audit, tax, regulatory, and legal compliance. Certain order, payment, invoice, security, or dispute records may remain stored even after account closure where retention is required or justified by law or legitimate operational requirements.

Customers may request deletion of their PWY account and associated personal information through the account-deletion functionality available in the Customer App or through the public Pizza With Yaar account-deletion page: https://pizzawithyaar.com/delete-account The public deletion page provides a request form hosted by Google Forms. Customers may be asked to provide account information, including their registered mobile number, so that Pizza With Yaar can verify the request and prevent unauthorized deletion requests. Submitting a deletion request does not necessarily result in immediate deletion. Requests may be subject to identity or account verification, operational processing, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Some information may need to be retained where required or reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention, security, audit, dispute-resolution, or other compliance purposes.

Even after an account deletion request, PWY may retain completed order records, payment and transaction records, tax or invoice records, fraud-prevention and security logs, dispute-related records, and information required by applicable law.

Pizza With Yaar is not intended to knowingly collect unnecessary personal information from children. Persons under the applicable legal age should use the service only with the involvement or authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

PWY may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its services, technology, legal obligations, or operating practices. The updated version will be published through the official Pizza With Yaar platform or website.
